We manufacture precision components for automotive and defense sectors. we have 4 VMCs with 3 machines equipped with rotary indexers. 

We are mass producing parts for the automotive industry. These parts are used in the air conditioning system of automobiles. We are using manual and hydraulic rotary fixtures to machine these parts. Workflow includes machining, line inspection, ultrasonic washing, final inspection. Inspection immediately after machining in the line and final inspection after washing ensure only parts as per spec reach the customer. We have produced more that 5,00,000 parts for the automotive industry.

Machining for the defense sector involves both R&D parts and batch production. Material traceability, machining and surface treatment are given utmost importance to achieve the spec given in the drawing. Inhouse programming and job setting capability work in tandem to manufacture parts with minimum possible time and highest quality. We have manufactured a variety of parts as per customer spec.
