About Us
We, Materia Engineering Private Limited (MEPL) are a private limited company registered under the companies act, 1956 on 02nd July 2013. We are a Machining Fixtures manufacturing company which gives end to end solutions in the field of hydraulic fixturing, Pneumatic fixturing and Manual fixturing
We started our journey with a 2-member team solely providing design services to Tier-2 and Tier-3 companies. Now, we are a strong team of 18 members that includes experienced design engineers, expert production engineers and reliable assembly technicians catering to OEMs and Tier-1 companies with end to end solution which includes design, manufacturing, assembly, prove-out and after sales services.
We have designed and manufactured fixtures for 5 axis machines, 4th axis fixtures, fixtures for VMCs, HMCs and H-boring machines (both Mechanical & Hydraulic). We also have developed pneumatic fixtures for plastic and Aluminium components.
We use the latest in technology for project execution.
We have latest VMCs capable of producing parts with accuracy and repeatability. Inhouse VMC programming and setiing compliments the capability of machines.
Our esteemed customers include OEMs, auto component manufacturers, aerospace component, defense sub system manufacturers.
Leadership
Kiran Kumar K N : Has over 20 years’ of experience in industrial sector. After completing mechanical Engineering from BMS college of engineering, worked at a leading earth moving equipment company as design engineer/senior design engineer in the product engineering department. Co-founded Materia Engineering Private Limited in 2013.
Kumar R : Has over 20 years’ of experience in industrial sector. After completing mechanical Engineering from BMS college of engineering, worked at a leading fixture manufacturing company as design engineer/senior design engineer/head in the design department. Co-founded Materia Engineering Private Limited in 2013.
